Say HELLO to Sara!! We are so thrilled she has decided to share her story and that her quality of life has dramatically improve ... d. It's our "why."

This is her story...

My name is Sara I'm 36 years old. I've been struggling with my health and weight for awhile now.

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in September 2009 and I've had to take monthly chemo, Tysabri, since December 2009 to try & keep it in # remission .

I was to the point where I could barely get out of bed on a lot of days. I was getting reoccurring # infections and had to be on a lot of # antibiotics .

I watched my coach who is a fellow # nurse & a good friend on Facebook and reached out to her for help. She told me we needed to focus on my health and the weight loss would be a side effect as my body got healthier. We got started on my health journey in December 2016.

I initially had # candida in my digestive tract when we first started which is now gone. Also with # MS , weight gain is the main issue because of harsh # steroid use with relapses up to 3000 mg of solumedrol IV is given. My starting weight was 220 and now, today, I weigh 147! I've gone from a size 18/20 to an 8 in pants and a 2X to a small or medium in shirts! I had to buy a whole new wardrobe!

When we started my vitamin D level was < 8 and it's now up to a much healthier 49. We are continuing to work on increasing it.

I've been able to stop, under my doctor's care, 3/4 of my medications. Instead of taking 25 pills I now only have to take 6 pills. I'm off my pain medicine, off muscle relaxers, off nerve medications and I've decreased my sleeping medicine by a third of what I was taking. I wasn't really able to exercise due to my MS it's been mostly eating changes and proper food tea and calf length wears for a formal occasion # supplementation that's helped me.

About 4 months ago I was finally able to increase my activity and I've been able to start working at our farm taking care of the animals where previously my husband had to do it all. I've not had near as many # relapses with my MS since starting! I feel so much better now! I'm happy to be regaining my health & life back!
